Total Care and Compliace looked after my 83 year old brother Russell King for two years and four months from May 2025 until he sadley passed. I and our family were extremely pleased with the high standard of care and friendly service from all the staff.

As a family, we have been extremely pleased with the care provided by Total Care and Compliance Ltd. From the outset, the team took the time to truly get to know my husband — his personality, his quirks, and his speech, which has been affected by his rare illness. This made an enormous difference and gave us real peace of mind. The carers treated my husband with dignity, kindness and genuine compassion, caring for him as I would myself. I always felt completely reassured that he was safe and secure in their care. The team consistently went above and beyond, showing initiative while remaining professional and respectful at all times. Over time, the carers became like part of our family, and it is not by choice that we are parting ways. They will be very much missed. Should the opportunity arise to work together again, I would not hesitate. We have nothing but the highest praise for Total Care and Compliance Ltd and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone requiring short- or long-term care. Since Total Care has joined our family caring for son they have reassured us that there are good carers and care companies out there that actually listen to our whole family needs especially my son. I have been totally overwhelmed by the support and care they give to my son and the quiet and confident way that they work with my son with his personal care, feeding and communicating with him. They are building a team to work with my son and keep familiar faces for him, so it is not a stream of different people which is so much better for him. They really engage with him and he responds so well with them. We would whole hearted recommend them to anyone looking for care and support for a loved one ❤️
